Our
tomato plants in Annecy
reached 4.49m using Oriaz Growth XL Solar Drippers!
As
part of our research in our trial garden (and to enjoy delicious cherry
tomatoes of course!) we grew 12 tomato plants, using Oriaz Growth Solar Drippers.
Unfiltered rain water collected from the roof was used in the bottles, so that
the micro-organisms present in the rainwater could play their part in
developing good roots and plant health. We used an average of only 800ml of
rainwater per day.
Once a month, a small dose of organic fertiliser was mixed in with the water. We diluted the solution with two to three times more water than usual. Amazingly, even with such a weak solution the results were excellent.
